It’s two-phase dewatering system is the fastest most efficient liquid to solids separator in the industry.
The Cakemaker can dewater a typical combined waste by reducing 30,000 liquid gallons into 10 tons of disposable landfill waste (“cake”). The Cakemaker also consolidates your solids, thus, filling the bin to its maximum haul capacity.
The Cakemaker uses a unique two-phase system which initially dewaters a given process batch using natural capillary flow for a few hours and with a flip of a switch, starts the second phase, in which, you can walk away to return to a completely dewatered batch. This allows multiple hauls every day (“Haul-A-Day”). Competitive systems generally take at least 24 hours.
